Duncan housing society is a local, community based, non-profit society. the overall purpose of the society is to support and enhance independent and healthy living for seniors and persons with disabilities at duncan manor.
Duncan manor is a three story, 122 unit building, consisting of studio, bachelor and one-bedroom apartment units. it's located within walking distance of downtown duncan. the building is also steps away from centennial park, which offers community gardening, the cowichan lawn bowling club and more.
within a few blocks you will find medical clinics, pharmacies, financial institutions, grocery stores, public transportation, a senior activity center, and the canada post office.
duncan manor will be attractive to low/moderate income seniors looking for affordable retirement living in a supportive, home-like environment, or for persons with disabilities that need their independence.
bc housing society subsidies are available for eligible applicants.

The duncan housing society is dedicated to fostering quality of life for persons over 55 years of age and under the age of 55 with physical and/or mental health challenges and with low or moderate incomes in the province of british columbia, through the provisions of affordable housing in a comfortable, friendly and affordable environment.
